Manage Payroll Access Rights on Express
This feature is migrated from Classic to Express – you can now set up payroll groups and assign access rights to groups under ‘Configuration’. This allows you to specify rights to users to process payroll and view reports for different groups of employees.
Get Specific on Payrun Details
You can now drill down to specific employees’ payrun easier when you view payrun details across all categories (‘Failed’, ‘Pending Approval’, ‘Approved’, ‘Rejection’), with the ability to sort and search. This will be exceptionally useful when you’re running payroll for hundreds of employees.
New Report 9(c) GL Account Report (Pay Element-Cost Centre Matrix)
This new GL Account Report allows you to view a breakdown of amounts assigned to GL Account Codes and Pay Elements across different cost centres (depicted below as A1111, A1112…). You can also search and sort this report.
Roster Refresh
We improved performance of rosters by allowing rosters to be updated without refreshing the whole page. This improves performance speed greatly when roster edits are made for several employees at once. Changes made will be highlighted in yellow for ease of checking all changes made at a glance.
Map Reports on Express
By popular demand we have reinstated your favourite map report on Express so you can see all your employee locations on a single map. Simply click on ‘Map View’ under ‘Photo & Map Report’.
