In short, AVA stands for Attendance Verification Alerts. AVA is a new feature on JustClock which allows clock in and out photos captured on JustLogin’s mobile app to undergo face recognition.
Photos that do not match up with the employee’s profile photo will be flagged and their manager will receive an email notification.
With AVA, you can be assured that each employee’s clock in timing is true and accurate.
Before you can start using AVA, each employee must have a profile photo. Taking and uploading profile photos for each of your employees can be an extremely time consuming task. We’ve simplified this process for you. Just pick a profile photo from your employee’s daily clock in and out images.
